Pelvic Floor Yoga for Motherhood

Whether you are pregnant or postpartum, you are welcome to join us in this very special yoga class led by Pelvic Floor Therapist and Yoga Instructor, Sujata Martin, owner of Pelvic Soul.
This specialty movement session is designed to support mothers through intentional pelvic floor strengthening, improved pelvic flexibility, and core activation. The class will focus on safe movement patterns that promote stability, recovery, and overall wellness during motherhood.
We will conclude the session with a guided sharing circle discussion to foster community connection and support.
Babies and children are warmly welcome to attend.
