Our Breastfeeding Class is a warm, informative 3-hour class designed to help you understand the basics of breastfeeding and to navigate the early days with more clarity and less overwhelm.
We know breastfeeding your baby can feel emotional, confusing, beautiful, and exhausting all at once. Many families need support along the way. In this class, we focus on practical guidance and realistic expectations so you are clear on what’s normal and what to expect.
Our goal is not perfection. It’s helping you feel prepared for however your feeding experience may look like.

Can my partner attend?
Yes! Your partner is encouraged to attend and will learn how to support you during your feeding journey. Having supportive friends and family can make a huge difference in your breastfeeding journey.
Do I need to bring anything?
Just yourselves! We’ll provide everything you need for class. Light refreshments are available, and you’re welcome to bring your own snacks.
When should I take this class?
We recommend taking this class during pregnancy (before 36 weeks) so you feel prepared before your baby arrives.

Breastfeeding Your Baby
This 3 hour breastfeeding class prepares you for your infant feeding journey by arming you with the fact based information that leads to your success.
Infant CPR
Learn the life saving skills of Infant CPR in order to assure the safety of your baby. Skills are taught in a dynamic group environment using the American Heart Association’s technique.
Preparing for Birth
This four-week group childbirth class sets you up for success as you prepare for labor and birth. In a relaxed and comfortable setting, evidence is presented, options are discussed, and personal philosophies are developed.
Baby Beats Music
Join us for a delightful 45-minute music therapy class designed especially for little ones, aimed at fostering language, motor, and cognitive skills through the magic of music.
